Meet the team that guides our mission to assist clients in providing timely and requisite care to inmates from initial detainment through release:

Terry Ramey, chief operating officer for MedCallRx, GeriScriptRx, InMedRx and Complete Delivery Solution.

Terry Ramey is Chief Operating Officer for the MedCallRx, InMedRx, GeriScriptRx, and Complete Delivery Solution divisions of Care Services, LLC. He brings more than 30 years of health care, operations, IT and executive leadership experience to the position.

Prior to joining Care Services, Ramey served as COO/CIO for Amada Senior Care of South Jersey where he was responsible for supporting over 150 clinical and professional staff members. In this role, Ramey was also responsible for contracting with insurers, hospitals, assisted living communities and other third-party healthcare providers to provide home health services to members, overseeing regulatory and licensing requirements and establishing medication regiment and delivery processes for all in-home and in-community clients.

Throughout his career, Ramey has been successful in increasing customer loyalty and building customer-centric cultures. He specializes in engaging customers, understanding issues and opportunities, and providing actionable solutions. His development of high-performing teams and cultures has translated to successful business transformations.

Anita Breedlove is chief customer officer for MedCallRx, GeriScriptRx, InMedRx and Complete Delivery Solutions.

Anita Breedlove is chief customer officer for the MedCallRx, InMedRx, GeriScriptRx and Complete Delivery Solution divisions of Care Services, LLC, and brings more than 25 years of health care and executive leadership experience to the position. In her role as chief customer officer, Breedlove is responsible for leading the sales and account management teams in providing outstanding service to the company’s customers in the long-term care, corrections and last-mile delivery markets.

Prior to joining Care Services, Breedlove served as managing partner at a consulting firm offering “gap” coverage for companies impacted by the loss of key personnel. She also served as executive vice president for a managed care company with responsibility for sales, account management, marketing and product development and as senior vice president of enterprise sales for a leading ancillary health service provider.

Breedlove has also led the operations teams for the managed care arms of two major insurance carriers and two managed care organizations. For almost three years she participated on a software development team, writing functional specifications for software engineers and training users.

In addition to her corporate experience, Breedlove serves on the board of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and is on the fundraising committee for Kids’ Chance of America.

Breedlove obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Mark Parker is a national business development representative for InMedRx, where he leverages more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement at the local level, state and federal level. Mark began his career as a deputy sheriff but spent most of his career as a special agent at the state and federal law enforcement level. He has also been a law enforcement instructor both domestically and internationally, where he provided training to help improve performance and compliance.

Prior to joining InMedRx, Parker served as national sales director for Coda Devices, a provider of unique technology for drug identification.

Parker earned a bachelor’s of business administration from NC State University and an associate in Science from Mount Olive University.
