Medication delivery is provided through our sister company, Complete Delivery Solution, through a proprietary network of more than 3,000 courier partners nationwide. The delivery network covers 85% of the nation’s zip codes, providing great coverage for all of our clients. If for some reason a correctional facility is located outside of our current network, we will contract with additional courier partners during implementation to make sure each facility has appropriate coverage.

InMedRx courier partners operate in strict adherence with HIPAA guidelines. Our drivers are familiar with the process of collecting hard scripts for controlled medications and recording the name of the receiver at the time of delivery.

As part of our service standard, we deliver medications within four hours of order placement; however, we routinely exceed our service level agreement to deliver prescriptions within two hours on orders within 35 miles.

Using our proprietary portal, facility staff can easily place orders. Frequently used pharmacies and facilities are stored in the system to expedite the order process. Our online portal provides complete transparency in the process, which eliminates guesswork and provides real-time visibility into order status.
